Well this time we had some help from some great new birding friends Suzanne and Jerry. Jerry has seen the gull at least 20 times in the months it has been in Ashtabula! There were other birders as well with scopes to add to Jerry's experience so we were feeling confident. We spent all day and checked everywhere we could.
To make a long story short; we didn't see it. Again.
Birds have wings and they could care less if we see them. If it was easy all the time it probably wouldn't be quite as fun!
